GET WITH THE MATH PROGRAM

Form your own group of peers with whom you work best.

 

Your teacher will begin your first session by getting to know your math needs and goals. Because each group is unique, she will devise a curriculum that suits your group.

 

At times, the entire group will be working together on one topic, project, or a specific question.  You will develop a deep understanding of mathematical concepts through discussion, collaboration, and frontal instruction.

 

At times, you will each work individually to catch up, delve deeper, or build a unique method for solving certain types of problems.  You will gain the ability and confidence to explore math independently. 

 

You can expect to learn basic concepts, apply your knowledge to advanced applications, and take your math comprehesion to levels you never knew were possible.
